The TCF Canada uses Canadian pronunciation. The voice here is fr-CA, the analysis engine is fr-CA, the server region is canadacentral. Small detail, different score.
Tuned to the TCF
Every phrase follows the TCF Expression Orale criteria. The goal isn't “speaking beautiful French.” It's level 10–11 / 20 in Expression Orale — the speaking band for NCLC 7.
Knows your first language
What trips you up depends on where you come from. We train with that in mind — and for Portuguese speakers, the map is already drawn: the 'u', the nasals, the guttural 'r', the final '-enne'.
The point is Express Entry
French is the cheapest door into Express Entry: NCLC 7 makes you eligible for the French category draws — invited at a far lower cutoff (CRS 393, March 2026). Every level is one week less waiting, one dollar less spent. Parléa exists to get you out of the line.
